Once the contract has been finalized and HiREB approval has been obtained, a research account should be opened. You can find the form to be completed through Research Finance.

As part of the clinical trials process , you may be required to store documents related to the clinical trial for a period of time. On-site storage is the responsibility of the Principal Investigator and requirements can be found in the RES Research Documentation Storage Protocol policy on corp-web.
For off-site storage, the sponsor is responsible for paying the costs. You can make your own arrangements, or contact Research Administration to arrange for storage through the office. The spreadsheet Research Content Storage Spreadsheet is available on corpweb and must be completed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
