Services rendered through these areas provide support to HHSC’s research community to facilitate research activities conducted at all sites: Chedoke Hospital, Hamilton General Hospital, Juravinski Hospital, Juravinski Cancer Centre, McMaster Children’s Hospital, McMaster University Medical Centre, St. Peter’s Hospital, and West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
In addition, Research Administration also collaborates with its affiliated institutions McMaster University and St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton on joint projects and harmonization of administrative policies and procedures, as well as streamlining processes for researchers in Hamilton. HHSC’s Research Administration supports highly productive research institutes, centres, groups and programmes managing over $200 million in annual research revenue through more than 1,200 active research accounts.
