October is Research Awareness Month

In celebration of Research Awareness Month, the Office of Research Administration will provide a limited supply of monogrammed ID Badge Lanyards to be distributed to staff members in your department on a first-come serve basis.

In addition, the following activities are scheduled throughout the month:

  • Research Poster Exhibits will be displayed in the Front Lobby/Foyer at the General, Juravinski, MUMC and St. Peter’s sites showcasing a selection of peer-reviewed posters from members and students of our research community.

  • Lunch and Learn Presentation:

  • October 22nd, from 1-2pm at MUMC-Ewart Lecture Hall 1A5 (purple section)
    “N2 – What your institutional membership offers you”

  • Guest Speaker: Lisa Johnstone, BScN, CCRPCAMH Research Training CoordinatorN2 Education Committee, Co-Chair and GCP Lead

    Objectives: Insight into N2 (Network of Network) Education Committee and the tools and resources available to help support high quality research. Come learn about….

    • What are the current educational opportunities available by N2 including obtain info about newly released training modules
    • What are the tools and resources available to you
    • What is new on the horizons from the N2 Education Committee
    • What opportunities are there to contribute/participate in the N2 Education Committee
